Do you include paint and materials in your quotes?

No — by default, all bids are labor-only unless specifically noted. We can pick up materials or coordinate with your supplier if needed.

What deposit is required for residential work?

We require a 50% deposit on residential jobs. Balance is due at completion or as otherwise agreed in writing.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept check, cash, debit/credit card, or invoice via Chase QuickLinks. Payment terms may vary based on project size and customer history.

What brands of paint do you use?

We source from Sherwin-Williams, PPG, Dunn Edwards, Valspar, and Fine Paints of Europe depending on the job and customer preference.

Do you do licensed trade work?

No — but we have trusted plumbers, electricians, and HVAC pros in our extended network. We can coordinate referrals or bring them in for you.

Do you offer deep cleaning or trashout services?

Yes. Our make-ready service can include full cleans, light drywall repair, paint, minor surface repairs, and trashouts when requested.

Who have you worked with?

We’ve completed over 70 homes for Cromwell Property Management, served Compass Property Services, and are referred regularly by Coldwell Banker agents. (We do not backlink inactive partners.)
